Customers will receive an order tracking code upon request. Tracking codes will become available once the product is shipped, which may be several days after order is placed. (See Shipping Time Frames & Cost for details.)
CafeBuilders cannot guarantee product shipment on the day that the order is placed. Shipment is subject to payment clearance, system failure, delivery location, inventory, and shut-down periods. CafeBuilders is not liable for any business cost resulting from delayed product arrival. We will however make reasonable efforts to provide for prompt product delivery. In the event of delayed shipment, or lost shipment, the customer will be required to report the shipment interruption to a CafeBuilders support representative (either by calling 1888-688-3394 or emailing support at firstname.lastname@example.org). We may not know of the interruption and will not be liable if the customer fails to notify CafeBuilders.
Shipping Time Frame & Cost
Orders are estimated to arrive 3-5 business days after shipment is placed. Weekends and holidays are not included. Order shipments are typically placed within 48 business; Weekends and holidays are excluded. An additional 24-hour delay may occur if an order is selected for review for fraud protection.
A large number of CafeBuilders products are deemed over-sized or irregular, and will be delivered via freight. Customers are responsible for the inspection of all orders upon arrival, and prior to their being unloaded from the freight truck. See the CafeBuilders return policy for further details.
