How to Order:
We have streamlined the process . Wherever you see a product on our site that you wish to purchase, you may either click on the ” Add to Shopping Bag” text or simply drag the product image onto the cat icon. To find a product, you may search the product catalog via the search bar located on the home page. Searches may be done either by product type, product dimensions where relevant, or any of the product details that might appear in the catalog.
Creating a Shop Account:
CafeBuilders provides the website online shoppers with the option to create personal log-in credentials. Creating an account will make all future shopping much more streamlined as all shipping credentials will be saved for fast checkout. (credit card, check card, and bank account numbers will not be stored on any of our data bases.)
Once you are done adding products to the “Shopping Bag”:
You may open the shopping bag simply by clicking on it. Here you will be able to view all items current to your shopping bag, and you may proceed to checkout when you so choose. The Shopping Bag page will also allow you to continue editing the items. You may delete the items if undesirable, or continue shopping as well.
Saved “Shopping Bag”:
Your browser cookies may allow us to save you Shopping Bag activity, making it available, were you to choose to resume the checkout process at a future time. Logged in users will see a personal greeting each time the site shop is visited from the same computer, unless the account is logged off.
Once you decide to Check Out, you will be prompted to provide your billing and shipping information. Logged in users will have the choice of using extant credentials. Shopping Bag total price, tax, and shipping costs will be made available for review. You will be prompted to provide our credit card information to complete your secure transaction.
Upon completion of the order, the order confirmation number will be displayed on your screen. This number will also be forwarded to any valid email address we receive for the order. The order is not complete if a confirmation number is not generated.
We’ll send an email confirmation within 24 hours to let you know your order has been processed.

The majority of CafeBuilder products are deemed over-sized or irregular. We will arrange for freight delivery to your business location, which generally arrives in 3-5 business days.

CafeBuilders provides exhaust hood and accessory installation in over 30 states within continental United States of America. We collect information pertaining to the installation by phone, fax, email, or in person in order to process a price quote. Customers wishing to package the installation with the exhaust hood items from the shop will receive a comprehensive price quote, with product pricing covered within the quote.
Valid promotional codes, phrases, and ongoing pricing specials may be applied once the quote has been processed.
Quotes are provided as per information made available for the preparation of the quote. Extraneous facility conditions, the need for additional material, and otherwise unexpected job difficulties may necessitate a commensurate price adjustment.
CafeBuilders online store transactions are processed by googlecheckout, one of the more rigorous online financial processing solutions. We accept Mastercard®, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, or Discover.
Installation costs, as well as bundle costs (product + installation) will be made available and payable upon your’e reviving of an invoice. Invoices may be payed online (as per the details we will provide you), or they may be payed to the installer in person. CafeBuilders requires a 50% up front down payment for all installation activity. Our online invoice payment portal will allow for the processing of Mastercard®, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. Checks will be an additional option for in person payment.
We are required by law to collect all taxes based on where your order is being shipped or delivered. When you review your order total during the checkout process, you’ll see the estimated sales tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local taxes.
